I’m Storm Lotz — a Master Practitioner of NLP, entrepreneur, educator, administrator, and lifelong student of some of the most revolutionary thought leaders of all time.

Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that growth doesn’t happen in comfort — it happens in the chaos, the discomfort, and the unknown. I’ve walked through my own storms (literal and metaphorical) — and I’ve come out the other side more grounded, more resilient, and more committed to helping others do the same.
 

Now, I guide others through their own personal and professional transformations — helping them navigate uncertainty, break through barriers, and step fully into the lives they’re meant to lead.
 

My Approach

I blend science-backed tools with intuitive, heart-centered coaching to support the whole person — not just the role they play at work or the goals they want to achieve.
 

Using techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), emotional intelligence, leadership development, and success psychology, I help my clients:
