My name is (Val) Storm Lotz

With a diverse background in leadership roles in retail, food and beverage, and education, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as a coach and educator. I have a passion for helping others unlock their full potential, which I cultivated in the variety of positions I have held, and through my successful tutoring business, Live Up Learning, combining mentorship and academics. 
 

Currently, I serve as a school administrator, part-time college instructor, and entrepreneur, continuing my commitment to empowering others. As a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), I have developed a deep understanding of human behavior and communication, enriching my approach to coaching. With a passion for growth and learning, I am dedicated to guiding clients toward personal and professional success by drawing from my diverse experiences and the insights of visionary leaders I’ve encountered throughout my career and education.
